The quickest way to contact us is by phone during clinic hours. If you are in pain, say so when you call and we will find you a same-day slot wherever possible.
What to have ready
Your insurance details, a list of any medications, and a short description of the problem. If you are a new patient, having your previous clinic’s name to hand lets us request records straight away.

Outside opening hours
If you contact us overnight, leave a message and we will pick it up first thing. For urgent medical advice at any hour, Health811 offers free nurse-led guidance across Ontario. For facial swelling affecting breathing or swallowing, go to the emergency department.

We are at 1725 Richmond Street in north London, a short walk south of Masonville Place and on several bus routes, with parking directly at the door.
Opening hours
Monday to Wednesday we are open from 10am to 6pm. Thursday runs later, from 11am to 7pm, for patients who cannot leave work early. Friday is 10am to 2pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so if a problem starts over the weekend please call first thing Monday and we will fit you in.
Parking and transit
There is free parking on site. If you travel by bus, several Richmond Street routes stop within a couple of minutes’ walk. The entrance is at ground level.
What to bring to a first visit
Bring a piece of photo identification, your insurance or Canadian Dental Care Plan details, and a list of any medicines you take. If you have had X-rays taken elsewhere in the last year, ask that clinic to forward them so we do not repeat them unnecessarily. Allow about an hour for a first appointment.
